Commercial Lease Consultants
Baylore is always seeking good people to join us as Commercial Lease Consultants within the Greater Toronto Area and other key Canadian regions. As a Baylore CLC you will service our vendor network plus develop new opportunities within your assigned geographical and industry specialties.
Baylore CLC's work independently from a home base office, travel regularly within their territory and attend periodic meetings at Baylore's Head Office in Burlington Ontario. As such, our CLCs are expected to have a Home Office Setup (PC, Printer, Fax, Microsoft Office, E-mail) and a reliable automobile.
Sales and Credit Administrators
Working from our Burlington head office, Sales and Credit Administrators work closely with our CLC's on financing transactions from the initial credit application right up to when the deal is documented and funded. SCAs collect applicant information and assess its credit worthiness by performing background checks, reviewing financial statements and other standard credit adjudication procedures. Once they have developed a good understanding of the applicant, they will prepare and submit a proposal to the appropriate lender. There is daily contact with CLCs, vendors and funders to help guide transactions through the processes. SCA's are involved in preparing the financing agreements, reviewing the completed papers and arranging for the vendors to be paid in a timely manner.
Baylore is seeking the following attributes in people interested in becoming a CLC or SCA:
- Completed college or University or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5 years related work experience
- Accounting or other mathematical skills are a definite advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Personal confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Self starter who excels under pressure
- High level of comfort with people of all levels of business
